Mr. Joseph Sandoval, M.S., BCBA

Specialization: School Psychology and Behavioral Analysis

Mr. Joseph Sandoval holds a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and is a registered Psychological Testing Technician with the California Board of Psychology. He has extensive experience working in public schools, identifying students who require special education services, and collaborating closely with parents and Individualized Education Program (IEP) team members. Mr. Sandoval specializes in conducting comprehensive Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE), including assessments in psychological, educational, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning, as well as conducting Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) assessments. He assesses children, adolescents, and transitional-age adults. Mr. Sandoval enjoys building rapport with students and learning about their strengths and academic needs. His students affectionately refer to him as Mr. Joseph.

Fee: $275 Hourly for diagnostic testing & reporting
